At Connected Hearts Ministry, we believe that a person’s past does not have to define their future. We are a 508(c)(1)(a) nonprofit dedicated to serving individuals in our community who are rebuilding their lives and reentering society after some of the most challenging circumstances imaginable. Our mission is simple yet profound: to connect hearts with hope. We equip people with the tools, resources, and support they need to step confidently into a new chapter of life.

• Aging out of foster care
